Hi Troop 465 Families,

We’re excited to officially kick off our Fall Troop Fundraiser!

Your Scout will receive a fundraising kit Monday night; the same materials are here, Troop 465 Fall Fundraiser Kit for easy reference. Please review them for important dates, selling tips, and ordering information. Your fundraising support helps our Scouts thrive while keeping Troop dues and fees affordable, purchasing needed equipment, and expanding programing for all our Scouts! Your participation in our fundraiser makes a difference!

How It Works

Scouts sell physical gift cards from hundreds of popular brands—the same places family, friends, and coworkers already shop! Gift cards are great for everyday expenses and holiday shopping alike.

• Supporters receive 100% of gift card value: No additional fees or markups.
• How the Scouts and Troop earn: Troop 465 earns rebates from participating brands.
• Payment is due at the time of order. Only paid orders will be processed.
• Gift cards come in set denominations, since they are physical plastic style cards, and multiple cards from the same brand may be ordered.

Please note: No late orders can be accepted. All orders and payments must be turned in on time so we can process everything together.

A Fun & Personal Gift-Giving Idea!

Gift card books are a creative way to give gift cards or cash to teens, college students, and even adult children! A small booklet with handwritten notes like:

“For your next coffee run” = Starbucks or Dunkin
“For a dinner on us,” = Their favorite restaurant
“For your next shopping trip” = Favorite clothing store, Target, REI etc.
“When you need something now” = Amazon

You can also purchase ready-made gift card books online. Many versions are available and you can tear out pages you don’t need. See the sample image in the Troop 465 Fall Fundraising Kit!

It's a thoughtful way to make practical gifts feel extra special—and a great opportunity to shop through our fundraiser!

Help Spread the Word

Share the attached sales flyer and gift card menu with family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers. This is also a great opportunity for Scouts to practice communication skills while supporting Troop 465 and earning money for their Scout Accounts!
